Perusahaan ini memiliki misi untuk menyuplai produk secara berkesinambungan yang termasuk mass balance certified fatty acid fractions dan traceable segregated product. Saat ini PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan November 2025 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia

1. Process Engineer Assistant Manager

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering major
• Experience: 3 years of experience in oleochemical or petrochemical manufacturing process as process engineer or production lead
• English fluency is a must.

2. Assistant Manager Electrical Power Distribution & Utility

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of experienced in electrical maintenance or engineering in a chemical or continous process industry. (Fatty Alcohol/ Fatty Acid/ Methylester Plant )
3. Technical expertise in LV/MV electrical systems, transformers, grounding, and protection relays.
4. Proficiency in PLC systems and industrial protocols (Profibus DP/PA, Modbus, HART 7).
5. Knowledge of LMV burner control, Sinamics VFDs, and motor control systems.
6. Understanding of NFPA fire protection standards and compliance requirements.
7. Experience in maintenance of water and wastewater treatment equipment.
8. Competence in compressed air systems, including screw compressors and dryers.
9. Strong planning and scheduling skills using CMMS and maintenance tools.
10. Leadership and team development capabilities.
11. Analytical skills for RCA, FMEA, and performance optimization.
12. Effective communication and documentation for audits and compliance.
13. Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and PUIL 2020 standards for electrical systems.

3. Assistant Manager Instrumentation, Control, Automation & Electrical (LV)

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Physics, Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of experienced in instrument, control, automation and electrical maintenance or engineering in a chemical or continous process industry. (Fatty Alcohol/ Fatty Acid/ Methylester Plant )
3. Strong technical knowledge of PCS 7 DCS, LMV Burner Control, Sinamics VFDs, and field instrumentation (Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Weight).
4. Expertise in industrial communication protocols including Profibus PA, Modbus RTU/TCP, and HART 7.
5. Familiarity with hazardous area equipment compliance standards such as ATEX, NEC 500/505, and IECEx.
6. Proficiency in maintenance planning, asset reliability strategies, and CMMS tools.
7. Ability to manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance metrics.
8. Leadership and team development skills including mentoring, training, and performance management.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in RCA and FMEA methodologies.
10. Knowledge of safety systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, and PAGA systems.
11. Excellent documentation and reporting skills including loop diagrams, schematics, and maintenance records.
12. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, safety, and engineering.

4. Mechanical Assistant Manager

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
• Ensure timely execution of repairs and servicing of equipment.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
• Apply engineering principles to solve practical problems in plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSDS).
• Assist in planning and execution of mechanical projects and upgrades.
• Support commissioning and decommissioning of equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Prepare reports for senior management on equipment performance and maintenance KPIs.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations.

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or engineering in a chemical or continous process industry. (Fatty Alcohol/ Fatty Acid/ Methylester Plant).
3. Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, piping systems, and pressure vessels.
4. Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM), reliability tools (RCM, FMEA), and industry codes (ASME, API).
5. Leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams and projects.

5. Assistance Manager Process – Project

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Assist in developing project execution plans, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Support feasibility studies and process design evaluations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align process requirements.
• Collaborate with process engineers to ensure design meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Review and validate process calculations, simulations, and technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and energy optimization.
• Provide process-related input during equipment selection, layout, and installation.
• Support commissioning and start-up activities, including performance testing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO).
• Maintain technical documentation, including process datasheets, design reports, and change logs.
• Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, risk assessments, and cost estimates.
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Ensure alignment between process design and operational needs.

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related.
2. Minimum 7 years of experienced in process plant in a chemical or continous process industry. (preferable Fatty Alcohol/ Fatty Acid/ Methylester Plant, etc )
3. Strong foundation in chemical engineering and process design.
4. Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
5. Understanding of project management principles and tools.
6. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
